This week it was all about keeping cool. Lots of water play was offered including ducks in the paddling pool, boats in the tuff tray, and washing cars in the water tray. Using knives and vegetable peelers the children cut up potatoes and made mash.
An unusual find in the garden ignited the children’s curiosity on Wednesday as they examined a dead slow worm.
At the allotments the children made birds nests out of grass and climbed a tyre mountain.
Another trip to the park this week, and fun was had on the see-saw, swings and tractor.
