What a fantastic day we had on Thursday at Beach school. Lots of activities were organised for the children to take part it. Painting pebbles, drawing scales and eyes on foil fish, collecting driftwood, teddy bears picnic, and playdough. The children loved seeing the cows in the field, Hayley on her horse, and finding pebbles with hearts painted on them, and watching the waves come crashing ashore.
At the allotments this week we practiced tug of war for sports day, tasted home grown broad beans, and deheaded flowers ready to spread the seeds in the pre-school garden.
Other activities included using construction vehicles in small stones and threading and matching pipe cleaners into coloured holes.
