Dens created to make shade was very much in demand this week. The children sought refuge to play under awnings, inside boxes and tunnels, and behind curtains.
As temperatures soared we stayed inside to do marble rolling, practice sports day and examine a birds nest and two slow worms.
After weeks of anticipation Marj finally decided the sunflowers were ready to go home for the children to plant in their own gardens. We look forward to seeing the end result!
